Welcome to Beavercreek Athletics! This page provides important information and resources for new student-athletes and their families as they begin participating in our athletic programs. Please review the documents below for OHSAA requirements, eligibility information, and expectations related to sportsmanship and participation in interscholastic athletics.
Is your student is interested in participating in athletics in the Beavercreek School District, but does not currently attend a school within the Beavercreek School District? Following is information to help make that happen.
If you are moving into our district from another school district, you will need to formally enroll your student(s) in our district in order to participate in any Beavercreek sports. Susan.groves@gocreek.org is the Administrative Assistant in our Registration Office who will be able to help you. Susan’s phone number is 937.458.2400. Once formally enrolled, your student(s) will be eligible to participate in practices, conditioning, etc.
If you live within our school district and attend a private school, STEM school or are home schooled and would like to participate in a sport that your school does not offer, please contact our Athletic Director, Brad Pompos, to share your intent to participate. Once enrolled in the district, you will need to set up a FinalForms account for each of your student(s). FinalForms serves a purpose for ATHLETICS only. Our Athletic Director will need to see grades/grade cards for each student for the last quarter/semester so that he may determine eligibility. He may need to request additional paperwork. Please contact him at brad.pompos@gocreek.org
